I rented Haywire yesterday (May 1), through VUDU via Walmart’s website. The movie shows up in my account, but won’t play on either my Ipad or home computer. A screen appears, but the movie won’t load. I went to Walmart to see if they could help, but got a lot of blank looks, as the employees there barely even knew about VUDU. Since I have 30 days to watch the movie, I’ll try it again, but that brings up a question – if the movie just won’t play, who refunds my $4.37? Do I print my receipt and take it to Walmart?

Hello LM– Please give our support team a call at (888)554-VUDU. We should be able to help get your Ipad and home computer up and running for VUDU. If you happen to run out of time on your rental before you’re able to complete it, we’ll be happy to provide you with a refund.

I bought The Grey on blu-ray the other day, and it came with an ultraviolet digital copy code. When I used it, it only shows up as an SD version on my VUDU account. Why? When I look at it in my collection, it states that I own it in SD, HD, and HDX, but when I click on it, it says that I only have the SD version. Again, why?
