    I rented Due Date and was unable to watch it due to it stopping every few seconds to buffer. I was very disappointed that I was not able to watch the movie. I rented unstoppable about a week ago and had absolutely no problem with watching it, so I thought this was going to be the way that I watch movies from now on…vudu I mean…but after attempting to view the movie that I rented today unsuccessfully, I dont think it will be. I believe that I will be sticking with Netflix, where I do not have this problem. Thanks for your time.

    I have watched several including Unstoppable without a problem. However, this weekend rented Hereafter and was buffering every couple of minutes. My download speed is around 25 with FIOS and it is wired. If the problem persists I believe I will give it up as well.

    If you wanted to credit my account you would have already done it. After all, you have my credit card information on file. Instead, you request I check my download speed which was over 8 megs, and then you send a list of things to do that would require a rocket scientist to accomplish. You have lost me as a customer, as well as my friends. This is no way to run a business. You won’t be in business long.
