I believe one of the promotions advertising this was very misleading but I was much more disappointed with my treatment by their “highest” customer support representative that I was aloud to speak with.

One of the emails said “feel free to have seconds or thirds” with an eye catching advertisement of this promotion at the top. Funny thing is I’ve spent three hundred dollars on this site IN two weeks and was looking to spend much more as I convert my entire collection to digital. Guess VUDU and their customer support team don’t value the relationship between respecting customers and their money.

Ashlei H, the rep has refused to put me through to someone who can speak to me in an appropriate tone, speak one at a time in a calm rational way and not terminate the call when she feels appropriate. I say this because she did these things. Completely disrespected. Good job VUDU.

It is December 5 and I still have not received my credit. I contacted support and this was “escalated” but I have not heard anything back. I did get an offer to spend more money and get credits in return but am hesitant to do this now…

I received the same kind of treatment from Ashlei H that Michael Martin did. Completely disrespected and no recourse. Great job VUDU.
